Our Story
Spring Education was founded by Dan Crossman and Becky Wilson, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in the primary sector.
We've worked in a range of school leadership roles and stayed close friends throughout — always valuing kindness, honesty, and support. Now, we want to help other school communities through leadership that is both kind and impactful.
Spring Education is built on the belief that real school improvement starts with strong relationships. We bring empathy, clarity, and practical advice.
